Relevant characteristics of cold pier technology

Cold pier process is applicable to cold pier and cold extrusion (forward extrusion, reverse extrusion and composite extrusion) of iron, copper, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy, aluminum and other materials. It can manufacture internal and external hexagonal screws, flange screws, hollow and solid special-shaped parts with different sizes. It is an efficient automatic production method with wide performance and diverse processes

Main advantages:

5. Cold pier forming process can replace warm upsetting process. Take the current cold pier machine in China as an example. The outer hexagon can be produced to M30 * 370M/M.
